Have you ever played the game; “If you could invite 5 famous people to your dinner party, who would you pick?”

What, it’s a real thing.

A game that’s helped kick start awkward cocktail parties, pass the time on long road trips, and it’s just plain fun.  So let’s go.  You are having a FABULOUS soiree.  What ever that may mean for you.  Big old backyard BBQ, intimate dinner party, old fashioned kitchen party with nothing but apps, wine and good friends with one exception.  Added to the mix, are 5 celebs of your choice.  Who is on your list?  Better think carefully, what if it came true?  Here’s my list and there is no Donald Trump in site.  Enough of that guy already.  Sigh.  I can’t wait to compare it to yours!

Guest Number 1: Jimmy Falon and Guest Number 2: Melissa McCarthy.  The why is kinda of obvious I think.  They are both freaking hilarious.  Hmm maybe they could have another lip sync battle?  You have to see this one to believe it!

Guest Number 3: Not that she is anyway third choice.  The hilarious, the talented, the most entertaining day time talk show host on television.  Ellen Degeneres!  Oh and maybe she could pull out some of her games. Yes, that’s the plan.

Guest 4: Adding Julia Roberts to my list because..Mystic Pizza, Sleeping With The Enemy, Pretty Woman, Erin Brockovich, Eat Pray Love….Girl Crush forever.

Guest 5: Oh hard to pick the last one!  I’m going with a Ryan.  Definitely a Ryan.  Final choice.  Ryan Gosling.  He’s gorgeous, Canadian and c’mon, the Notebook?  Maybe he could bring dessert.

Gah, It’s my party and I’m going to have to break the rules.  I can’t stop at just 5 guests. So here we go with Guest Number 6: I’m having some terrible guilt for not adding perhaps my favourite actor of all time, Tom Hanks.  With movies like Forrest Gump, Big, Saving Private Ryan, Castaway, The Terminal, Captain Philips, A League of Their Own, and The Green Mile!  Love me some Tom Hanks and with him, my family, and my friends, my party is complete.

    3. I know my #1 would be Julia Roberts #2 Jon BonJovi #3. Marilyn Monroe #4 James Cordon (a girls gotta have some carpool karaoke) # 5 Ellen Degeneres (because my mom will be there of course and she loves Ellen) I’m sure there’s way more but I can remember right now
