Dr. Phil has had to reschedule his show. (cry). But don’t worry – it’s only postponed, not cancelled. The good news is that we will of course still be honouring our giveaway and the lucky winners of this contest will be able to attend An Interactive evening with Dr. Phil on it’s new date on May 27th.
Did you already buy tickets? Here’s all the other details you need to know:
Customers can choose to get a refund up until the new show date or keep their tickets and they will be valid for May 27th.
When will the new date be? Will my tickets be valid for the new date?
The new date will take place on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 8:00pm. Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled date.
Can I get a refund on my ticket purchase?
Tickets can be returned any time up until the rescheduled date. Tickets purchased with cash or debit need to be returned to the Courtesy Ford Box Office inside Gate 1 at Budweiser Gardens for a refund.
If you purchased with a credit card you can obtain a refund by phone at 519-432-8894, emailing boxoffice@budweisergardens.com, or in person at the Courtesy Ford Box Office.
The box office is open 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
