Do you have a “Travel Bucket List“? A dream list, either in your head or tucked away somewhere on some pretty piece of paper. A list of dream destinations you hope to one day have the opportunity to visit, explore and get to know. I do, and I shall fully confess this little list of mine gets longer every year instead of shorter! This big gorgeous world of ours is just waiting to be discovered.
This week I’m making a very big check on that Travel Bucket List. Knocking off a city that’s been on my list since I watched Full House – the original series- and struggled through the ups and downs right along with Stephanie Tanner. I’m headed San Francisco!
It will be a whirlwind four days of touring, tasting and adventuring through one of the most gorgeous cities in the United States. Drinking in the stunning painted ladies in Alamo Square, going back in time as we visit the infamous Alcatraz, and of course snapping a few dozen pictures of the iconic Golden Gate Bridge.
I hope you will follow me on Twitter and Instagram as I find out how you can see all of San Francisco’s iconic landmarks in one crazy, busy, wonderful romantic weekend! .

That is definitely a place I would like to visit someday. I remember that bridge from Full House as well.
I am SO jealous. I have always wanted to go to SF – this is definitely on my bucket list for sure. Just for the seafood and great scenery alone.
what an experience that will be! I have always wanted to go. It is on my hubby’s bucket list to go there one day
Ony bucket list too!
We just ticked this off our bucket list a couple of years ago. Loved San Francisco. The views, the food, the people we met. And we did so much walking, you didn’t have to worry about what you were eating, you earned it. Enjoy. Looking forward to your pics.
San Francisco always looks picture perfect! I’d love to go one day.
My son went a few years ago and had a great time,(he recommends the ice cream),for me it’s Newfoundland.Have fun!

My sister went a couple years ago, saw Alcatraz & the Golden Gate Bridge.. she just loved it there. It’s a bucket-list place for me, too. Have a wonderful adventure!
I have no doubt that you’ll have a whale of a time, I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to San Francisco many years ago. The trams, the long steep curvy roads, it was all fascinating.
Have fun play safe and take loads of photos
How fun, have a great time. Will check out your pictures!
We’ve been a couple of times and loved it. Can’t wait until we can visit now with our son!
Of all of California, San Francisco is where I’d want to visit most!
