Over 10 years now, it’s so heavy because it’s a central vac, it does not suckered anymore especially my hair plus our dogs pet hair I needed one like this that I an easily use without the long cord and work well, n more bags and so powerful. I badly needed this.
Lack of suction and the fact it’s over 25 years old…enough said!!!
Hate that it doesn’t pick up all of the cat hair, it’s older and needs to be replaced.

Our current vacuum’s hose has so many cracks in it that is is more duct tape than hose. 🙁
Biggest frustration (two): changing the bag and having dust fly everywhere, and loss of suction with age of the vacuum. Need a better cleaning tool, ASAP!!!!

It’s heavy and cumbersome. And only works on carpet, and not even very well!
My current frustration is that my vacuum has a really short tool attachment hose.
Oh my goodness! We are the house of hair!! Everyone has long hair and it is everywhere and it keeps getting wrapped around the beater brush on our Shark and then it kind of kills it a little bit more every time I vacuum. Sooooo frustrating! If I wanted to get all handsy with ALL the hair i’d just get on my hands and knees and pick it up myself! GAH! Isn’t this what a vacuum is for?!? Apparently not.

My current vacuum keeps getting hair wrapped around the spinning brush and I have to take it all apart and use nail scissors to snip the hair out and then tweezers to pull it out. Takes me like an hour each time, drives me crazy!
My current vacuum is really big, bulky and heavy. Also, I have to change the vacuum bag from time to time.
My current vacuum gets easily clogged and doesn’t suck up the fur balls (and my own hairballs) at all!
