How to Survive Life in the Suburbs

Ready To Be #DysonClean ? ~ Giveaway ARV $599

in Lifestyle on 05/15/17

Ugh.  Does this sound familiar?  You’re expecting company in a an hour and the house is a disaster.  What you need to do is a quick “shuffle’.  Tidy the kitchen, wipe up the bathroom counters and give the floors a quick once over.  You run around, grabbing stray magazines and homework off the floor, get those dishes put away, finally get to the vacuum and FAILURE.  Why is the vacuum not SUCKING THIS TIME!  Every time with this vacuum it’s something different!  The bags full, the spinny thing won’t spin, it just won’t suck!  Why can’t I just plug in my vacuum and know it will work.

Enter the Dyson Big Ball Animal 2 into my life.

Every time I plug it in I know it will work!  Dog (or people) hair doesn’t slow it down.

It moves seamlessly from hardwood to rugs, and if the container that holds all that dirt fills up, I just press one button and empty it.  Easy Peasy.

Have you been a victim of vacuum frustration?  I want you to tell me all about it!  Take a moment to leave me a comment telling me your current frustration with your current vacuum and you could WIN your very own Dyson Ball Animal 2!

Yes you read that right!  This is your chance to WIN a Dyson Big Ball Animal 2.  ARV $599.99

Here’s how to enter: Comment below and answer this question; “What is your biggest frustration with your current vacuum?” Then use the Rafflecopter form provided to earn those extra entries.

My biggest woe is that my ancient vacuum cleaner EATS MY CARPETS! It rips a WHOLE lines worth out in my upstairs hallway and living room- THE WORST!!

My biggest frustration is to move it where I want it to go, i.e. under furniture and in corners- where the dust is hiding. I would like a light weight vacuum that is easy to move but has power.

I have a shag carpet and it doesn’t pick up a single thing on it

My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it doesn’t pick up everything. I have to go over everything quite a few times and it still leaves behind crumbs and cat hair.

My current vacuum can not handle the hair, from the humans and dogs, it gets wound around the beater bar and stops it from turning, burning out the motor.

My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it does get all the cat hair from my two cats.

Biggest frustration with my current vaccum is that it’s not a Dyson. My husband had one living in England and we couldn’t fathom shipping costs so basically he started again with nothing here but 2 suitcases and my very old stuff. As a single mom I didn’t have the best of anything. He’s been here 4 years now and every time he vaccuums I hear him mumble under his breath that it’s no Dyson, the suction stinks and we are buying one. I’d love to give him one to keep him happy and so I can finally stop hearing about how he gave up his Dyson and came to Canada for me. Thank you!

Our central vac no longer works properly! The suction is terrible and the hose doesn’t even reach a part of the home we added on in the last few years. In addition, we have bad allergies in the family. My son has the worst symptoms and suffers from seasonal allergies as well as asthma. I’ve heard that Dyson vacuums are amazing and I would be so grateful to have one in my home. Hoping it would not only get my house cleaner, but ease my son’s allergy suffering. Thanks for the chance!

The suction would be my biggest problem and would like something more lightweight

My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that the suction is not all that great

My biggest frustration is that my vacuum always clogs when cleaning up big amounts of animal hair. It also doesn’t clean very well against the baseboards and corners of the walls.

My biggest frustration with my current vacuum is that it does not pick up all the dirt on the carpet. The suction is not good.

my current vacuum is so inefficient, I have to go over areas twice most times……I definitely need this upgrade, my fingers are crossed!

OK so my vacuum it’s a rainbow which is a fantastic vacuum technically however the pieces now do not want to stay together my dog has chewed every single piece there is possible to this one of the clams doesn’t work so you can pick it up otherwise you drop water everywhere it smells it’s already been broken with water chemistry is held my grandfather had to fix it it’s glued it with no leaks so I think I really really really would love a new vacuum cleaner I have two German Shepherd’s and the cat and our new baby and as you can imagine they produce quite a lot of hair I would like my baby I have a clean home to crawl around on and learn to walk on the floors please pick me for this dyson

My biggest problem is my vacuum doesn’t suck and with a vacuum that’s not good. It leaves crumbs and stuff on the carpet and I have to go vote an area several times to get it all up and it still feel so dirty after

My central vac is not as efficient as one can hope. It’s suction power is weak or may stop without knowing during cleaning, the plug will disconnect and the risk of tripping over the cord is high. This is how my poor mother broke her hip last summer! I could indeed use a replacement!
