How to Survive Life in the Suburbs

Three Great Reasons To Consider Tremblant This Winter!

in Travel on 11/02/16

The days are getting shorter, the air is getting so much cooler.  It’s time to start thinking about….dare I say it?  Snow!  The good news? Tremblant, voted the number one ski resort in Eastern North America, makes winter fun.  If visions of vast mountains of perfect snow, swooshing down slopes, and curling up by the roaring fire with a hot mug of cocoa in your hands, are your idea of perfection; then you must consider Tremblant for your next winter getaway.

Tremblant offers you the opportunity to play like a kid, to explore and adventure until to your heart’s content. Stay in one of their stunning hotels in the heart of the pedestrian village, near the mountain, or the golf course, and while you’re there take advantage of various free activities! Yes, you read that right, free!  Huge tip!  Book your vacation now to receive those fabulous privileges.   Here are three incredible reasons to consider Tremblant this winter:

 #1First Tracks

Leave your mark in the snow 30 minutes before the official opening and enjoy the best ski conditions of the day! First Tracks grants access to designated lifts as early as 7:45 a.m. and ski on designated North Side slopes at 8 a.m.
More Details can be found here.

#2 Sliding Evenings

Sign me up!  Enjoy a great time with the entire family at the base of the mountain! Guests staying in one of the resort’s hotels will enjoy free access to the tubing slopes from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.  More Details on this family friendly activity can be found here.  Do you think my daughter would let me borrow her Go Pro for this one?

#3 Skate Loan

screen-shot-2016-11-01-at-7-04-46-pm

Enjoy the fresh air and the skating rink to the fullest! All guests staying onsite can enjoy free skate loans from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. to access the ice rink located by the St. Bernard Chapel. Music and lighting help to create an unforgettable atmosphere and promise a magical evening for the whole family!

Insider Tip:  Deals and packages are available for a limited time and are included for being a guest staying at Tremblant from December 17, 2016 to March 19, 2017.   Reservations must be completed on tremblant.ca or by phone through their Official Central Reservation.  To check out these offers and so many others be sure to hop on over to Tremblant.Ca today and see some of the wonderful packages available for you and your family.

Happy planning!

I do love a colorful winter vacation! Particularly if there are good family activities so I do not have to listen to complaints of boredom.

We’ve skied at Mont Tremblant a couple of times. My husband’s skis were taken for a couple of hours, which really sucked, but the mountain was super fun!
