When life gets you down and the scales have you beat.
If you’re tired, and worried, and running around feeling like the world is against you.
There is one thing you can do. One magical thing that for at least a few shining hours can lift your spirits and put a smile on your face. It can distract you from the ho hum and the crap on your plate.
You can go shopping.
I swear to you, sometimes there is nothing better then a little retail therapy.
Bless you Hudson’s Bay, American Eagle and Roots Canada for your 70% off sale. Big thanks for grocery shopping, done ON LINE!
Thank you Old Navy I do appreciate your 30% off coupon.
Nine West, I can’t believe I found some of your little beauties on sale and you will never know how thankful I am that there is one thing I can count on. No matter what that ugly scale might say, shoes always fit. (and so do gorgeous black boots!)
I hope on this dreary Monday morning, you all find a little something that makes you smile. Even if it’s only a wee bit of retail therapy.

First things first, the footwear above is beautiful. OK Now with that said and done I can honestly say that I love shopping. My downfall is online shopping and although I always get great, no awesome deals, it’s because I research and scope out all the sites until I’m satisfied I’ve found the best price. Shopping in stores is great for me too and when I’m done ordering or walking out of the store my crappie day goes away !
can anything top retail therapy? 🙂 bring out the credit card, let’s get this going
Contest have been my therapy, only time my mind isn’t on my pending separation
I need a little retail therapy. A nice new pair of boots or shoes would be amazing. It’s been a really bad month.
I want to try online shopping, so afraid that the items will not fit. guess that is one hurtle I need to get over.
If your nervous about sizes, just be sure to check return policies. I know with some places, The Bay for example, will allow you to take your returns right to your nearest store. This way you don’t even have to worry about mailing an article back if it doesn’t fit.
Online shopping provides the luxury of retail therapy in jammies 🙂
There is nothing better than shopping therapy, everyone needs a treat once in while.
Yes, and in the winter or at home with sick ones, online shopping has become so wonderfully convenient1
I never use to enjoy shopping much but now I can spend hours walking around the stores in the mall!
nothing better than browsing everything online
