I have failed you! After reaching out to y’all for your sage advice for “What on earth should I wear to a wedding that requests Formal Attire?“. I did not get one decent picture of myself with my tricked out date at that formal affair! I mean, I took the obligatory selfie en route to the country club.
Snapped a picture of the gorgeous flowers when we sat down to eat.
Posed for a cute pic with my Hubby when we sat down to dinner, but um, he somehow got cropped out?
He’s looks like a photo bomber! (but at least you can see half my dress?)
Then after a fantastic dinner with one of those bottomless glasses of great wine, I never remembered to ask SassyHubby to snap another picture. Isn’t that horrible! Thus ends the report of what I wore!
For those who wanted to know, SassyHubby wore a dark pinstripe suit complete with tie and pocket square. Sexy!
Huh, how old am I that the pocket square is now sexy!

It looks like a great dress from what we see in these pictures. I have a wedding to go to today and I don’t think it’s super formal…
I wish all weddings were formal wear. Although since I’m 6 months pregnant I had a hard time finding a dress I loved for this one. I was seriously considering going out shopping this morning to find one since the wedding isn’t until 2 but I guess I’ll just wear what I already have
I hope you found something you felt fabulous in, it’s so rare we have occasions to get dressed up these days!
