My name is Stephanie, I’m 44 years old and I own that.
I am Canadian!! (and proud of it) Happy Canada Day, eh!
I’m addicted to travel and a complete hotel snob. I own that too.
My hands shake when I have to do any kind of public speaking.
I am truly directionally challenged. (and forever thankful for my GPS)
I can cook a mean chicken, thanks Mom, but if you want me to bring a dish to a potluck, you’re much better off asking for a dessert. I can get my bake on.
I know Coca Cola is bad for me, but love it anyway.
Popcorn is my favourite meal. Yes, I said meal.
I think spiders are the work of the devil. Shiver.
Migraines are my worst enemy.
I don’t believe in petty gossip.
I understand the struggle between work and family, even though I work from home.
Normally, I’m not good at “tooting my own horn” but I’m going to brag away about these pictures. As of late I’ve been asked for my headshot a lot. Many campaigns I work on require one. I didn’t have a picture I was proud of or one that I thought let my true self shine though; until now. A couple of weeks ago I made a point of getting my picture taken and getting it done right. I hired a professional. I made sure my hair was camera ready, I even had my make-up done. I held my breathe and I full on went for it. I’m so glad I did. Thanks to the magic that is Anita Watkins Photography I finally have a headshot and a couple of candids that I’m sorta proud of. Scratch that, I love them.
Anita took the time to get to know me. She made me feel comfortable, she really got me. (and dare I say she made the process fun!)
So here I am: A little bit shy, a little sassy, and someone who is very happy to be exactly where she is.
Not a bad place to be.

**When was the last time you did something just for you?

So loving your latest photos. YOU are gorgeous inside and out. Spiders? Yeah, they should be eradicated from the planet!!! XO
Love the white jacket!
You are so beautiful, inside and out! And I really need to do the head shot thing too… you’ve inspired me to put it off for only 3 more months LOL
Lena, you are so sweet. And I have to tell you, I kept putting off the head shot thing. Hoping that one day I would magically feel like it was the right time, then finally threw my hands in the air. That time was never going to come! LOL So glad I just went for it 🙂
What great photos! You are a natural…and I’m delighted to know that I’m not the only one who is directionally challenged!
