How to Survive Life in the Suburbs

Subway Surfing: WW

in Uncategorized on 07/23/14

What happens when you take a group of girls and put them on the subways of Toronto for the very first time?  They make a scene, and subway surf.  Of course.

First, you look for “the train”!

Then you cheer when it arrives, and hold your breath as the subway takes off.

Is there anything better than watching your family enjoy each other and a new experience?

Subways?  Conquered.

I love an occasional subway ride! The photos show a lot of joy. May it continue throughout the summer! (Not that it should cease when school starts. 🙂 )

We call it the Tube here in London, but it’s always way more crowded than that! You all look far too glamorous to ride on the subway!

Ha, ha! I am totally going to try subway surfing next time I’m on a fairly empty subway car. LOL

How fun! We don’t have a subway here either. 2 summers ago we went to Chicago. I remember the boys loved the adventure of taking the subway there! They would try and out run it.

Leaving the house behind and headed to Ontario cottage country. 🌲☀️
The hubby and I are planning a 7 night lakeside escape just a few hours from home, and honestly, this is where the girl math really starts mathing. After an expensive year, I’m extra grateful for our HomeExchange membership — and I love browsing all the gorgeous lakefront homes nearby!

Do you have a favourite town or lake in cottage country? Tell me!!

One annual membership fee + listing our home = unlimited swaps all year long. Affordable luxury travel for the win.

If you want to travel more often and live like a local, you need to check out @homeexchangecom.
