    5. The boyfriend makes a home made hot toddy of Tea, honey, lemon and tylenol. Better then any store bought remedy for aches and pains.

    10. Sleep works, if you can. When my nose will not let me breathe I have resorted to Vicks Vapour Rub just underneath my nose to allow me to sleep. I know you are not to do this but I am not sure why!
