Travel can be hectic. My SweetGirl and I recently had the opportunity to spend three fun nights at the Blue Mountain Resort in Collingwood while she competed in a Dance Competition, and I was determined to make the very most of it! We had hot chocolate dates, spent obscene amounts of money at the candy store, took long walks through the village, stayed up too late watching TV, and perhaps best of all spent more than two solid hours creating some masterpieces at Crock A Doodle. A place to pick a piece of pottery and let your creative energy flow. Or for me, more a place to relax, chat and just have fun.
I loved every single minute of it. There is something kind of magical about a couple of uninterrupted hours of one on one quality time with you daughter. I hope she knows how much joy she brings me. I treasure the opportunities to make these memories, and can’t wait to see what adventure we tackle next!
Please feel free to add you Wordless Wednesday, our almost Wordless Wednesday post to my linky and leave me a comment to let me know you were here!

I think Lolo and I could go paint pottery weekly and never tire of it. So much fun and you have something to hold in your hands to remember the sweet time together.
XO
This is such a great activity for bonding, and I’m glad you two had a good time! I recently went with my partner, and it would definitely be fun family activity.
That looks like so much fun 🙂

i love crock a doodle. when i was pregnant with #2 . he was due christmas eve. money was tight and i had no interest in shopping around with 2 yo and bump. we made 3 trips to crock a doodle and made gifts for all grandparents and daddy. that was it. christmas was done everything was on budget and everyone loved their gifts. best part, i got to relax while little lady had a blast being creative.
Wow. Looks like she had a lot of fun. I loved pottery when I was a teen. It was so satisfying to be able to bring home something I made that could be used daily.
We really did have the sweetest time!
My sisters and I took all our girls to an art studio last year to paint ceramics and it was so much fun. Bonding time with the girls is so important!
