Sick Meme

Our house is sick. Okay, right now it is just me, but when Mama gets sick the whole house falls apart.  Can’t let the blog fall apart too!  Figured this is the perfect time to complete this fun little meme I came across.  I have to note that I believe in giving credit where credit is due, the problem?  My fever addled brain can not recall where it came from!  I know it was from a regular reader and commenter so when you see this meme claim it baby and I will update and link back to you!

A-Z Meme

A. Age: 39. The big 4-0 is next month and I plan to talk about it until you are all sick of me.
B. Bed size: King. Love my Hubby, but love my space too!

C. Chore you dislike: Toilets. Does anyone like that?
D. Dogs: One sweet old black lab.

E. Essential start to your day: A hug from my kids, oh and coffee.
F. Favorite color:  I wear a lot of black, I love the brilliant blue of the Caribbean.
G. Gold or silver: Gold.
H. Height: 5′ 9″ Yes, I’m a tall girl.
I. Instruments you play(ed): Piano and Flute.
J. Job title: Mom, wife, daughter, friend, sister….chauffeur, boo boo kisser, short order cook, clearly I am very talented.
K. Kids: Two beautiful girls my oldest who is now 12 I call BlueEyes, and the youngest is 9 I refer to as SweetGirl.  These silly names don’t begin to sum up the incredible little people they are, but it does helps protect their anonymity. 

L. Live: In Canada. Yes it is beautiful. Yes it did snow here just last week.
M. Mom’s name: Not telling.  Just Mom. What? I don’t want her googling herself and finding my blog.
N. Nicknames: See above answer.  Not telling.

O. Overnight hospital stays: Yep.  Appendix and 2 babies.  I consider myself pretty lucky. 
P. Pet peeves: Lots. Rude people. Close talkers. Bad drivers, I may have a bad habit of talking at the other drivers in their cars.

Q. Quote from a movie: Seriously?  OK “Life is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get.” Forest Gump. The older I get, the more sense this quote makes. Besides, Forest Gump is like the best movie ever.

R. Righty or Lefty: Righty.

S. Siblings: One younger sister.
T. Time you wake up: When the kids make me.  🙂
U. Underwear: Yes!  
V. Vegetables you don’t like: Brussel sprouts and peas. Ick.

W. What makes you run late: I can never find anything to wear.  Ever.
X. X-rays you’ve had: Let’s not talk about that sad tale.  It has a happy ending, so all it well!

Y. Yummy food you make: I can bake does that count?  Cookies, cupcakes, muffins and cake.  Hmmm perhaps that is why my jeans are a tad snug. 

Z. Zoo Animal Favourites: I like the monkeys. Haven’t you always wanted a monkey?
