How to Survive Life in the Suburbs

Turkey Hangover

in Uncategorized on 12/29/10

 IMG_5375

There are too many people in this house!

Getting ready for Christmas makes me feel like this!

I’ve eaten turkey for 4 days in a row.  It’s official, that is too much turkey.

I’ve consumed too much chocolate. Wait.  Not possible.

I hugged our family close, and know I am blessed to have them near.

We did Cocktails with Christmas gifts, cause that’s how we roll.  Rejoiced over Tassimo’s, jewellery, purses and sweaters that didn’t fit.  Ahhh, now the joy of exchanging ill fitting clothes at the jam packed mall shall be experienced.

We laughed till we cried, and ate until we felt sick.  Seriously.

I don’t know if my stretchy pants will make it till New Years.  I am once again thankful for Lulu Lemon’s stomach sucking butt lifting magic!

Six more gluttonous days, then the Christmas Holiday is over and I have to stop eating chocolate and croissant for breakfast. Or at least stop bragging that’s what I had for breakfast.

Hope Santa found you all and you are enjoying your Christmas break as much as I am!  See you soon.

Mwah!

I’ve banned Turkey from all our Christmas meals for that exact reason. I’m usually still sick of it from Thanksgiving! We had beef tenderloin…it was to die for.

Glad you had a great holiday! Happy New Year!

Me too. Ate and drank way too much as usual. My stomach is not happy with me, but so worth it! 🙂

Glad you had a nice Christmas.

HA! I should tell you about how my MIL to be served us left over turkey ON Christmas! But I’ll spare you the sad details. Thank goodness I brought the ham!

Eating chocolate for breakfast is not acceptable? That’s news to me and my fat thighs 😉

Ah, yes, the New Year’s resolution diet. Only a few more days to eat all the chocolate and goodies that we plan to give up. Enjoy!

I am so glad you’re having a wonderful Christmas break! Me? I’ve had flu and I’ve been in bed as sick as a dog since Christmas Day afternoon. I guess that’s one way of not putting too much weight on over the holidays!

Enjoy the rest of your break!
