Did you ever have one of those Rubik’s^® Cubes? I did. I spent hours trying to master that little mind bender. I considered myself the Queen of Two Sides, but never once got all of those sides completed perfectly. My Uncle, he could whip through that thing in under a minute! Oh, and my little sister, she will try and tell you she did it once. She didn’t. She took off the stickers and re-arranged them! That is called cheating dear sister.

Don’t worry little Sis, the Rubik’s Slide™ has multiple levels of play and features over 10, 000 puzzles that require a combination of both speed and strategy. Ummm sticker re-arranging is not a strategy, but I think if we don’t invite Super Smarty Uncle to the throw down, it should all even out. Another great Christmas gift, and fun idea for a family or hostess gift is TriBond! Are you familiar with the classic version of this game? The New TriBond is a great board game that can be played with family or friends. The board game is described this way: Solve riddles, score tokens and race to beat your opponents as they ask one simple question “What do these 3 have in common?”. What I love about Tribond is that unlike many other board games, you do not need to have a great knowledge of trivia! Whew, because I am no Cliff Clavin. You simply have to link together three words by figuring our there common bond.
