Look at what my kids did yesterday!  Snow Angels!!  Seriously.  I’m a good Canadian girl and these wee angels are cute and all, but I truly hope we have seen the last snow angel of the year.  Good grief..enough already.

*If you are hiding from Mother Nature, feel free to enter this cute giveaway for $50 worth of Calypso Jewelery!  Ends Friday.

It’s the end of September and thankfully we are finally having a summer but I’m not ready for the white stuff and I never really am because I always dream of living in a warm climate

UGh. We had snow this weekend too. Thankfully not enough to make any snow angels, but enough to cover the ground. SO OVER IT!

Leaving the house behind and headed to Ontario cottage country. 🌲☀️
The hubby and I are planning a 7 night lakeside escape just a few hours from home, and honestly, this is where the girl math really starts mathing. After an expensive year, I’m extra grateful for our HomeExchange membership — and I love browsing all the gorgeous lakefront homes nearby!

Do you have a favourite town or lake in cottage country? Tell me!!

One annual membership fee + listing our home = unlimited swaps all year long. Affordable luxury travel for the win.

If you want to travel more often and live like a local, you need to check out @homeexchangecom.
