My “babies” don’t need my input on Halloween costumes anymore.  Sigh.  Who told them they could grow up so fast?  As much as I miss helping them plan for the big night and play dress-up, one thing I don’t miss is the last minute costume change.  My girls were famous for it! I can’t tell you how many times we’d have that costume all sorted to perfection only to be faced with a nuclear Halloween MELTDOWN three hours before it was time before trick-or-treating.  I’d have at least one kid sulking or crying because they didn’t want to be a Cheerleader, they wanted to be….a Princess, a Football Player, a Minion, a Skyscraper.  Insert your own nightmare! (and yet, I still miss it – go figure)

    4. I missed dressing up for Halloween this year but I have yet to do superhero I think that’s next !

    5. I seriously wanna dress up as a scary witch one year (when my kids can handle it) we went as the characteers from the wizard of oz

    7. My co-worker wore a Fortnite costume this year. I had no idea who the character was as I am out of the loop in the gaming world.
