Jumping in the pool with my girls instead of floating, playing Frisbee on the beach versus tanning, and family walks around the block instead of just sitting on the couch. All ways I’m making some little changes to my lifestyle everyday! I’m striving to set an example for my kids, to be healthy, make good choices and enjoy everything in moderation so I never have to deny that sweet tooth that I swear I was born with!
It’s time to acknowledge that small changes in your everyday can result in big changes to your lifestyle. I choose to drink eight glasses of water each and every day. I chose to park at the back of the parking lot, instead of the front. ( and not just because my giant vehicle is hard to park) I choose salad over fries…most of the time. I take those stairs instead of the elevator, and squeeze in a few sit ups during my “stories”! Must not lose track of what’s going on in the soaps! These my friends are each a #TINYWIN !
All of these are steps in the right direction, each and every time I outsmart that sweet tooth, I feel a little bit better about me, and I think this deserves to be celebrated! Besides, every win adds up to a healthier and happier lifestyle!
