Welcome!

I'm often amazed and confused by the bizarre happenings behind the closed and competitive doors of the typical suburban home. The following is a place to share my thoughts and reflections on daily life as I try to navigate this crazy and wonderful world.

This Explains Everything...

Men's priorities are finally explained, courtesy of my inbox.

A little known fact....
The first testicular guard "Cup" was used in Hockey in 1874 and the first helmet was not used until 1974.
It took 100 years for men to realize that the brain is also important.

Yep! That pretty much says it all!

This reminds me of the time my husband debated buying a new helmet for hockey. I was like...um yes, you will protect your brain.

Not much has changed since then really. They are still much more interested in what's in our bra cups than they are in a conversation with us!
But, I like it like that :)

1. so freaking hilarious had me rofl, causing watering
2. I have bronchitis, thus 1. caused pain and actual tears
3. husbands reaction was "well it hurts more" which made the whole cycle start over.
